It offers evidence-based, expert-reviewed content on topics like menopause, cancer, mental health, and heart disease, with the goal of educating women to make informed health decisions, advocate for themselves, and improve their well-being.

Power Surge is a community providing honest and accurate information, and composed of caring, sensitive and supportive women. The Menopause Society is the leading nonprofit, evidence-based resource on menopause and midlife women's health, serving both healthcare professionals and the public since 1989. It provides expert-reviewed info on symptoms, treatments (including hormone therapy), and connects users with certified specialists to improve care

 

Womenshealth.gov is the official website for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office on Women's Health (OWH), established in 1991 to improve the health of women and girls through policy, education, and innovative programs. It provides evidence-based information on topics like mental health, maternal health, and menopause, aiming to advance health equity and education.

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) website is the premier source for ob-gyn clinical guidelines, advocacy, and professional development. It provides evidence-based, peer-reviewed clinical guidance (Practice Bulletins, Committee Opinions), patient education resources, and policy advocacy focused on equitable, high-quality reproductive health care. 

Men's Health

MensHealth.com, serves as a comprehensive online resource for men's fitness, nutrition, health, and style. Targeting men aged 20 to 45, the site provides expert-backed advice on physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

The Journal of Men's Health (JOMH) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access publication and the official journal of the International Society of Men's Health (ISMH). It covers all aspects of men’s health, including reproductive health, cardiovascular disease, mental health, and cancer, with a focus on gender-based biology, lifestyle factors, and healthcare access

Heart.org is the official website of the American Heart Association (AHA), the nation’s oldest and largest voluntary organization dedicated to fighting heart disease and stroke. It offers evidence-based health guidelines, research funding, and education, with a mission to build longer, healthier lives free of cardiovascular disease.

ashasexualhealth.org is the website for the American Sexual Health Association, dedicated to promoting sexual health through education, advocacy, and stigma-free resources. It offers science-based information on STI prevention, testing, healthy relationships, and sexual rights for individuals and professionals.

Men's Health Network (MHN) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing premature male deaths and improving the health of men, boys, and their families. It focuses on education, disease prevention, and advocacy, targeting a six-year lifespan gender gap. MHN provides resources on mental health, prostate cancer, and wellness.

The Prostate Cancer Foundation (pcf.org) is the world’s leading philanthropic organization dedicated to funding life-saving prostate cancer research. It has funded 2,250+ research projects at 245+ institutions, and accelerated treatments that have halved the death rate. PCF provides patient resources, promotes awareness, and accelerates scientific breakthroughs.

DAREBEE is an independent, ad-free, and cost-free fitness resource providing thousands of science-backed,, illustrated home workouts, programs, and challenges. It focuses on bodyweight training, accessible for all levels, and is maintained by volunteers through community donations.

Yoga International is a comprehensive digital yoga studio and membership service offering on-demand, high-quality yoga classes, meditations, breathwork (pranayama), and articles. With 3,000+ classes, it focuses on holistic health and authentic, expert-led instruction for all levels.

It provides comprehensive, evidence-based information on disease prevention, health safety, emergency preparedness, and public health data to protect Americans and the world from health threats. 

WebMD is a leading, widely used online health information platform providing credible, physician-reviewed content, including symptom checks, drug information, and medical news. It caters to consumers and professionals, offering interactive tools, health management services, and extensive medical databases to support informed health decisions.

Mayo Clinic is a comprehensive, non-profit medical website providing expert health information, education, and research to support patient care. It features in-depth resources on diseases, symptoms, drugs, and treatments, emphasizing a patient-centered care model, expert advice, and integrated, team-based medical expertise. 

The National Institutes of Health (NIH), part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, is the nation's primary federal agency for biomedical research. Comprising 27 institutes and centers, it conducts and funds research to improve health, prevent disease, and train researchers. It is the world's largest public funder of biomedical research.

Health.mil is the official website for the Military Health System (MHS), providing care for approximately 9.5 million uniformed service members, retirees, and families.
