About the Role
We are looking for someone with a background or current interest in clinical psychology as well as the ability to perform administrative tasks as needed such as:
Prepare and distribute correspondence, forms, reports, surveys, emails and other projects as required.
May compile and enter information from a variety of sources into computer database(s), verify data, check insurance benefits and coverage, identify issues and research or correct as appropriate.
Receive and screen visitors and telephone calls, and handles general inquiries.
Establish and maintain office organization, stock supplies, and light cleaning/office upkeep.
**Please do not apply if you are not available for evening and weekend shifts. Shifts will consist of weekday evenings from 4 or 5p-9:30p and Saturdays and/or Sundays from 8 or 9a-5p. There will be weekday morning/early afternoon hours in the beginning while in training only.

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED (preferably a Bachelor's Degree)
Ability to execute active listening and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional customer service.
Ability to react to day-to-day operational requirements in a professional and timely manner.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines.
Excellent inter-personal relationship skills and the ability to work with individuals of all levels.
Proven strong written and verbal communication skills including phone and e-mail etiquette.
Proven computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook; ability to provide IT support and use computer systems/printers.
Ability to lift up-to 25 lbs.
Ability to work for extended hours sitting at a computer
