Counselor Associate
As a therapist, I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you can feel supported and accepted without judgment. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel comfortable exploring life’s challenges, building on your strengths, and work toward meaningful and lasting change. Together, we will develop practical tools and strategies to help you feel more confident and balanced in your daily life.
Clinical Areas of Interest and Training
I have clinical experience working with individuals with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to your unique needs and goals to help develop healthy coping skills and improve overall well-being.
Education
After completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, I went on to earn a Master ’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. While earning my Master’s Degree, I completed an internship at a PHP/IOP outpatient hospital. I was able to experience working with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds to overcome challenges such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem difficulties, and various life transitions.
License
I am a pre-licensed clinician. I will be sitting for the NCE soon to obtain my license as an LPC in the state of Illinois.
