Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
While I identify as a personal centered therapist, I believe in taking an integrative approach and utilizing components from various theories including Cognitive behavioral therapy, Narrative therapy, Solution focused therapy, and family systems. I have experience utilizing different techniques such as play therapy; Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy and I am EMDR trained.
Regardless of your motivation for seeking out therapy, it is important to understand that anyone can benefit from having a safe space where they can work through any stressors including grief related issues, life transitions, trauma, and relational issues. I look forward to being that safe space on your journey to healing.
