Clinical Areas and Interest in Training
My clinical experience includes working with individual with substance use issues, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, stress management and women’s issues such as self esteem, body image, and positive self-talk.
I also work with families that are involved with the DCFS/ Foster Care system. Previously I have worked with women and men going through substance abuse treatment, as well as elder adults in assisted living and memory care.
Education
I earned my Master Degree from Aurora University in Social Work with a specialization in Addictions. I interned at Stepping Stones treatment facility in Joliet and Evergreen Senior Living in Orland Park
License
I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC) in the state of Illinois. My license numbers are 150.106352 and 36452 respectively.
