Licensed Social Worker
My journey into therapy began during my time as a direct support staff, where I witnessed the transformative power of therapeutic care in the life of an adult resident. That experience sparked a deep curiosity and commitment to helping others find clarity, strength, and hope through therapy. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to creating meaningful changes in the lives of those I serve.
As a therapist at Thriving Lives Counseling, I offer integrative therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, drawing from solution-focused techniques and other evidence-based approaches. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem issues, marital challenges or family conflict, I provide a safe space for you to explore and heal. My practice supports children, adults, couples, and families navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges.
In our sessions, I will collaborate with you to identify your strengths and build resilience focusing on your thoughts and feelings, moving at a pace that honors your comfort and readiness for change. I work closely with preteens and young teens through the emotional difficulties of adolescence, helping them develop self-understanding and working through emotions. Together, we will focus on the thoughts and feelings that feel most overwhelming.
I believe in your capacity to grow and overcome life’s challenges. Therapy is not just about managing symptoms, but about reclaiming your voice, your confidence, and your direction. If you're ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out by phone or email. Let’s begin your journey toward healing and empowerment.
